  • Von Neumann
    • Program Counter: This Stores the location in memory to be used by the MDR.
      • MDR (Memory Data Register): Holds the data from the program counter and
        • The Data and the Address will be taken from the CPU and put into the memory
          • MAR(Memory Address Register): Hold the Address of the next instructions
            • Accumulator: Holds the results to the calculations asked.
              • ALU: This completes arithmetic and equations so it can be stored in the accumulator

    • CU: The Control Unit is where all of the storage of any input or output of a computer
    • Embedded system: This allows you to control everything every piece of  tech in your house or a building and able to control it over one single monitor

  • Fetch Execute cycle: The fetch, execute cycle first fetches the instruction so it is able to decode the instruction and that instruction can be completed
  • Program Counter: This Stores the location in memory to be used by the MDR.
