    • Water soluble vitamins dissolve in water and cannot be stored in the body.
      • Vitamin B
        • Helps to release energy from foods.
        • Found in meat, fortified breakfast cereals, milk, eggs potatoes.
        • Deficiency may cause, tiredness, anaemia, slow growth.
      • Vitamin C
        • Maintains body connective tissue and healthy skin. It also helps to heal wounds.
        • Deficiency may cause scurvy.
        • Found in citrus fruits, potatoes, blackcurrants and potatoes.
        • Helps with iron absorption.
