      • safe and effective way to increase physical activity especially strength, fertility and balance, is beneficial for those who suffer from high blood pressure, aches and pains, heart disease, depression and stress
      • This activity may be affected if the person is in a wheelchair, this would mean that they can only participate in those positions that include the hands and arms

      • As a group or individual
      • can express feelings via art. For example: drawing and sculpture
      • sense of achievement, fine motor skills, keeps brain active
      • This activity may be affected if the person has difficulty when holding a pencil or paintbrush
