      • September 1926, Germany was given a permanent seat on the League of Nations.
        • Symbolised Germany's return to 'Great power'.
    • The Kellogg-Briand Pact - 1928
      • Keep armies for self-defence.
      • Solve international disputes 'by peaceful means'.
      • 64 other nations signed.
