- POLAND'S western frontier was FIXED at the Oder and Neissr rivers.
- This was further west than the Americans and British had wanted
- Germany's former EASTERN TERRITORIES were INCORPORATED into Poland and the SU
- REPERATIONS were to be taken separately by EACH POWER from its own ZONES
- The SU received an extra 25% from the Western zones, in recognition of its greater war losses.
- It was confirmed that Germany would be DIVIDED into 4 occupied zones.

- Germany would also be DEMILITARISED
