    • The Pathway of air
    • 2)The air flows through the trachea.
      • 3)When the trachea reaches the lungs, it divides into the bronchi
        • 4)The bronchi then divide into the bronchioles
          • 5)At the end of the bronchioles are little clusters called alveoli where gaseous exchange takes place.
            • Alveoli are adapted to gaseous exchange because they're moist and 1 cell thick.
          • Bronchioles are less that 1mm in diameter.
      • The trachea is lined with cilia that can catch dust particles.
