          • Reaction time is the body's ability to react to a stimulus and then how long it takes to perform that movement
          • When the gun goes off in a race, runners must react quickly to get an advantage over slower contestants

        • Power
          • How hard you put pressure onto the knife to cut through something
        • Reaction time
          • If someone threw a ball at you, you could move out of the way quickly, this is your reaction time

          • How quickly you get from A to B (on foot)

          • If you had poor balance you wouldn't be able to walk in a straight line
        • Co-ordination
          • Without hand- eye co-ordination you would not be able to write properly
        • Agility
          • If you're just about to walk through a door and someone closes it, having good agility will mean you can change direction before it hits you in the face
