- Selection process for inferior judges
- 1) Positions are advertised in local newspapers and legal journals, run by the Commission
- 2) Candidates are required to fill in an application
- 3) Candidates are required to nominate between 3 and 6 referees who they feel are eligible
- 4) The Commission will then select the best candidates to be interviewed
- 5) The interview process involves will include role-playing or taking part in a formal structure discussion
- 6) Then the final selections will be made and recommended to the Lord Chancellor for appointment
