- E.g the breast implant scandal - used industrial rather than medical grade silicone as they were cheaper to manufacture this way.
- State-corporate crime
- Harms committed by cooperation between businesses and government.
- Eg. Private companies have been contracted to the US and have been accused of torturing Iraqi detainees.
- Financial crime
- Tax evasion, a bribery, money laundering, illegal accounting
- Victims may include shareholders, taxpayers, other companies and governments
