- 70+age group is quite dense in rural areas.
- The main reason why rural area's usually have an elderly demographic is due to the perception of rural area's, that its quiet and has a lot of green space; hence the rural idyll. This makes the country side seem divine and attracts a retired population.

- Large amount of green space as well as clean fresh air, in comparison to the toxins within urban air.
- Lack of convenience stores (stores in general).
- Small roads, mostly pedestrian and side walks, not traffic at all and a meager amount of footfall

- Buses to the urban area are infrequent
- Traffic congestion is really low due to the lack of shops and economic activity, the elderly mostly using the bus and walking.

- Really poor service and connectivity
- Younger population would usually feel quite isolated due to being so diosconnected fromthe urban livelioness

- Places of worship are expected due to the elderly being associated with spiritual beliefs.
