- Recently the London Games built the velodrome in the area
- Hosted the World Tennis Championship Games in 1997 and the Common Wealth Games
- How did its success happen?
- Cheap property
- They have a great infrastructure with a developed Metro
- It has been called the "most successful city out side London"
- What are the issues for the future?
- Property cost will increase
- Organised crime
- The inablilty of civil services like police will fail as the population increases and crime soars
