      • Worker quality- right qualification, and appropriate training provision with the ski skills they need.
      • Suppliers- high quality. Machines need to be bought from suppliers with good reputation. Advanced tech machines may need to be replaced often.
    • Finished good
      • Checks are carried out on the finished good to ensure they appear to be fit for sale. Selling faulty goods can be expensive for businesses. Consumer laws mean that customers can obtain a  refund, replacement or repair.
    • Production
      • Workers need to be supervised during the production process to ensure they they are workings correctly, skilfully and safely.
      • Sometimes goods will be tested on weather if they meet the required standards.
      • It becomes very expensive to allow faulty partly finished good service to continue along the production line. Faulty goods will be returned for correction or scrapped.
      • In some businesses workers are not supervised, so they need to motivated themselves. THIs can make they feel worth .
