            • Rx based on their patient specific clinical management plan
              • Includes IP review date and all info about drug
          • Pharmacists, midwives, nurses, podiatrists, physio-therapists, radiographers,dieticians and optometrists
        • Pharmacist Independent Rxer
        • Nurse Independent Rxer- FP10P
          • MUST be NPF
      • For RESTRICTED POM Rxs
        • Optometrist Independent Rxer
          • No parenterals or CDs
        • Physio-therapist Independent Rxer
          • No CDs APART from Oral diazepam, lorazepam, temazepam, Dihydro-codiene, oxycodone, transdermal Fentanyl and Oral/Injection Morphine
        • Podiatrist Independent Rxer
          • No CDs APART from Oral Diazepam, Lorazepam, Temazepam and Dihydro-codiene
        • Community Practitioner Nurse Rxer
          • Restricted to NPF
        • Therapeutic radiographer Independent Rxer
          • No CDs EXCEPT temazepam, oxycodone, fentanyl, codiene, morphine, tramadol and midazolam
      • EEA and Swiss Doctors, Dentists, Nurse IPs,  Pharmacist IPs and midwives
        • No CD 1, 2 or 3
      • Independent Prescribers restricted to their expertise and are responsible and accountable for diagnosis and treatment
    • POM, P and GSL titles introduced in Medicines Act 1968
