        • Raise injury above the heart
          • Keep raised for as long as possible

      • Rest
        • No exercise until the symptoms fade
      • Refer
        • Get medical opinion on the severity
      • Recover
        • Must recover from all symptoms
      • Remove
        • Take player off pitch ASAP
      • Return
        • Permission from a professional required
      • Recognise
        • Signs- motionless, unresponsive, confused
          • Symptoms- headaches, dizziness, tiredness
  • Graded Return To Play (GRTP)
    • A rehab programme that must be followed
      • Evidence must be kept of each stage completion
