  • Pensions
    • Pension-sharing order: Creates separate pension fund for Applicant.
    • Pension attachment order: Allows court to order pension provider to pay all or part of pension to Applicant on retirement or death.  Largely superseded by pension-sharing order.
    • Offsetting: As pension sharing and pension attachment can be expensive so can offset - means person with pension retains pension and compensates other with greater share of assets.
