  • Physics 2 Exam
    • DT Graphs
      • Speed=Gradient= Vertical/Horizontal to work out speed.
      • Speed is how fast your going
      • Velocity is speed in a certain direction
    • FORCE
      • If no  resultant on a MOVING object they will continue at SAME SPEED
      • If non-zero resultant force then object will ACCELERATEin direction of force
      • Overall force will ALWAYS accelerate
      • Steady speed=ZERO resultant force
      • When two objects interact, forces is equal and opposite.
      • FRICTION
        • Resistance caused by air resistance or drag
        • As SPEED increases, DRAG increases
    • Elastic POTENTIAL energy.
  • Resultant force on stationary object=ZERO the object WONT move.
  • If no  resultant on a MOVING object they will continue at SAME SPEED
