- Animals are part of God's creation and they should be treated with respect, but at the same time they can be used for food

- Killing animals for food is allowed providing no suffering occurs
- Animals are also allowed to be kept as pets and work for people as long as they are treated with respect
- No animal must suffer unnecessarily and none are to be used for sport or luxury items
