    • Obessive complusive disorder (OCD), is an anxiety disorder by obsessive thoughts
    • OCD usually begins in teenage years
    • Emotional
      • Feelings of disgust at the thought of touching things, if they are worried about the germs. For example touching the toilet
      • Feelings of anxiety and distress generally about the condition
      • Feelings of embarrassment because client know they are behaving oddley
    • Behaviorual
      • Compulsions, which are repetitive behaviors such as hand washing, counting and praying
      • Compulsions reduce anxiety so carrying out the behaviour is repeated over time
      • It affects normal life, a person will not  be able to carry out daily activities
    • Cognitive
      • Obsessions which are the thoughts suffers feel.
      • The suffer can recognize that their thoughts are irrational
      • They may be looking for disasters to happen
