- Natural Law presupposes there is a purpose for everything, but would see the purpose of a business as not only making a profit but also contributing to a better society.
- Natural Law supports the rights of all people, but absolutes are not always helpful in specific situations, such as the salaries paid to different ranks of employees, employees in diff countries with diff living standards workign for the same business, money paid to shareholders against that paid to directors etc.
- Natural Law can seem either too rigid or too general to help with day to day business decisions.
