- Modifications of diet
- TYPE 2 DIABETES - cut down on saturated fats and sugars. Eat more of F&V and starch carbs with meals inc. oily fish.
- COELIACS- Eat anything that is gluten free e.g. lentils, potatoes and meats.
- TYPE 1 DIABETES - avoid carbs, aim to eat a healthy balanced diet
- OSTEOPOROSIS- Lots of dairy foods like cheese, canned and fatty fish and dark green veg.
