        • For example, do they care about their appearance?
          • What does caring about their appearance or not caring about their appearance indicate?
    • Setting/location
      • What tone/atmosphere may the location give?
      • Does the location give an idea of where something is set?
        • Or the potential plot-line or sub-plot?
    • Lighting
      • Soft Lighting
        • Creates less clear shadows and less defined edges
          • Can help to create a sense of confusion
      • Hard Lighting
        • Helps to create clear defined shadows, crisp textures and sharp edges
      • Lighting quality
        • The intensity of light etc.
      • Direction of Lighting
        • E.g. .  . .
          • Under-lighting.
          • Frontal lighting
            • Lighting comes from in front of the subject. Well lit and usually a visible, clear shadow behind the subject.
          • Back-lighting
