    • In Euripides' play Medea, summarise Medea's first attack on Jason in their first confrontation.
      • 1) Jason begins by saying what Medea should have done how if she had accepted the decision quietly but instead she spoke up and got banished. He then offered help.
      • 2) Medea calls Jason a coward then goes into how many times she had helped or saved him.
        • Medea saved Jason from the fire-breathing bulls. Medea killed the serpent that guarded the golden fleece.
      • 3) Jason attempts to justify his decision by telling Medea he did it so her and the children would have security.
      • Medea refuses his he help as he has become an enemy, Jason then leaves.
