    • Employees must:
      • make and use the equipment introduced tio comply with the regulations
    • People must know:
      • The shape of the load
      • The weight of the load
      • The size of the load
      • whether it involves bending, twisting, reaching and moving
      • The environment it is carried out in e.g if it has slippery floors
    • They have to do a report everytime someone lifts something to say what they lifted and the weight etc.
