  • INTERVIEWS
    • structured interview: based on a set of pre-coded questions (interview schedule), questions are in order and not alot of probing

    • disadvantages time consuming, costly, less reliable, difficult to replicate, peer pressure- exaggerate or distort, interview bias, practical problems, not standardised
