    • Retained profits
      • retained profits are profits that the organisation has made in the past and has not given to owners in the form of profits or dividends

      • a factoring firm will buy a firms debts for a smaller sum than they owed. the fator collects the debts directly from the business customers

      • items owned by the business are sold and the money made is used to finance the business
