    • German home front.
      • Pre 1942 life was unaffected by the war, morale was good and standards of living high.

      • spent to much time on wrong type of weaponry.
      • allowed ** and army to have to much control of economy.
    • Nazis Anti-Semitism
      • There was a particular race that he wanted every one to be led by Social Darwinism.
      • hated the Jews - they had 'stabbed Germany in the back' is was the Germans thought Hitlers hate came from school when he was rejected by a Jewish Master to do art.
      • Anti-semitic policies - selective breeding introduced, should be racial pure this is what was taught in schools.
      • Persecution of Jews
        • Stage 1 - Denial of all rights e.g not allowed to inherit land, to be a German citizen, Enforced segregation - not allowed in parks restaurants ect.
        • Stage 2 - Persecution - all homes, churches, shops destroyed or burnt down this was know as Kristallnacht because of amount of glass broken.
        • Stage 3 - Holocaust - Mass murder of estimated 6 million Jews. from concentration camps.
