  - Cant get too hot or cold, keep at around 37 OC
    - This is when enzymes work best.

  - Mustn't get too high or low, or too much water could move into or out of cells

  - could cause a unballence between ions and water. Resulting in cells getting to much water or too little.
- Blood Sugar
  - Needs to stay within certain limits.
    - Diabetes
- Removal of Carbon Dioxide
  - It can be toxic in high quantity's
- Urea
  - The waste produced by amino acids
