    • Aim: to investigate what happens when doctor tells to do something against professional standards
    • Procedure: Astroten. Max daily 10 mg. Script for phone call, tone courteous but self-confident, 7pm - 9pm, Dr not usually around
    • Conclusion: obedience showed strength of Dr-nurse relationship, nurses proud to think they would defend their patients but reality different.
    • Results: 21/22 would have given, no resistance to order, 11/22 nurses saw dosage discrepancy, 18/22 didn't know phone call orders weren't allowed, 21/22 no hostility, 1/22 hostility
