        • League awarded it to Finland but said islands could run their own affairs. - SUCCESS
    • Bulgaria 1925
      • Greece and Bulgaria border dispute. Greek army crossed borders
        • Ordered greek army to withdraw from Bulgaria and for both countries to set down their armies.
          • Greece to pay £45,000 and said they were treated unfairly compared to Mussolini
