    • The reichstag fire
      • The reichstag fire took place on the 27 February 1933
        • The nazi party informed the Hitler about the fire
          • Hitler used this event to accuse the communist people
            • Hitler told the SA to go and arrested Van Der Lubbe  and was executed on 1934
              • Hitler then came out publicly and said the KDP were trying to instigate a revelation.
    • The Enabling Act
      • Hitler wanted to make his own rules legally and change the constitution. To do this he need 2/3 majority votes
        • Hitler got a supermajority by removing the KPD and cutting deals with central party
          • During the end of March Hitler announced that the enabling act had passed this allowed Hitler to make rules without asking the Reichstag for confirmation
