      • Physical Well-being -heart, kidneys and the rest of your body is working well. Your not suffering from any diseases or injuries. Your not physically week (infirm), easily do everyday activities.
      • Mental Well-being. You don't have too much stress or anxiety. Your're not suffering from any mental illnesses. You feel content
      • Social well-being - You have food, clothing and shelter. You have friends. You believe you have some worth in society.
    • A healthy, active lifestyle adds to your Physical, mental and social well-being. Includes doing exercise on a regular basic.
      • PEASED
      • Personal Hygiene(Clean avoid diseases
      • Emotional health (Feel good, avoid stress and worry)
      • Alcohol/Drug use (Misuse substances can lead to bad health)
      • Safety- not having a dangerous job/hobby. Use safety equipment
      • Environment - Pollution can cause respiratory problems. Noise causes stress & effect sleep
      • DIET - right balance of nutrients so you can cope with your lifestyle.
    • Physical Activity-Any form of Exercise or Movement.
      • Exercise is any physical activity you do to improve or maintain your health and/or fitness
        • Physical Activity has  Social, Mental and Physical Benefits
          • PHYSICAL
            • Fitness -Increase in strength, endurance, flexibility ,  overall fitness.
            • PERFORMANCE - The more you do, the better you get .
            • Maintain or improve Health with regular exersise. Reduce  chances of getting away and increase life expectancy
