- Social well-being - You have food, clothing and shelter. You have friends. You believe you have some worth in society.
- A healthy, active lifestyle adds to your Physical, mental and social well-being. Includes doing exercise on a regular basic.

- Emotional health (Feel good, avoid stress and worry)
- Alcohol/Drug use (Misuse substances can lead to bad health)
- Safety- not having a dangerous job/hobby. Use safety equipment
- Environment - Pollution can cause respiratory problems. Noise causes stress & effect sleep
- DIET - right balance of nutrients so you can cope with your lifestyle.
