    • What HRF's are in every day use?
      • Muscular Endurance
        • This is used throughout the day, and enables you to do simple things e.g. sit down, without getting tired
      • Muscular Strength
        • After you have finished shopping you must carry it back into your house, this is using muscular strength because of the heavy objects that are the resistance and your muscles are exerting against them
      • Flexibility
        • Flexibility is used when you are stretching for the biscuit tin on the top shelf of your cupboard. This is stretching your elbow joint
      • Cardiovasc-ular Fitness
        • When you park your car in a multi-story car park, you often have to go to high levels. This means you have more stairs to walk down. If you do this a lot your cardiovasc-ular fitness will improve
      • Body Composition
        • This is what everyone's body should look like. To achieve this you must have a healthy balanced diet
