            • mental health and well being is outstanding good for an individual and can improve many different things such as an individual who has good mental health and well being can cope with everyday stresses, can work productively and fruitfully. it also has a positive affect on the individual when during exercises and a feel good feeling about yourself. it can also reduce stress and release feel-good hormones.
          • physical heath and well being refer to the idea that all of the body systems are working well, so you are free from illness and injury.you therefore can carry out everyday tasks
            • it can improve: heart functions, improve body systems, enable the individual to carry out an everyday task with a comfortable feeling.
          • fitness
            • fitness is the ability to meet and cope with the demands of the environment. these demands include; walking your dog, running for the bus or being productive at work. the more activities the individual does daily effects how hard or easy this demands can be, and by also doing an activity or excise daily can help prevent injury, fatigue or lactic acid which is a benefit from fitness.
