    • Caused by:
      • Bacterium Neisseria goorrhoeae
      • Unprotected sex with someone infected
    • Symptoms
      • Can affect genitals, anus, rectum and throat
      • Thin watery discharge from penis or vagina
        • Can appear yellow or green
      • Pain when urinating
    • Treatment
      • If you delay treatment, you risk the infection causing complications and further health problems
      • Antibiotics
    • Prevention
      • Using a condom
      • Abstinence
      • Regular check up at local GUM clinic
    • SEXUALLY TRANSMITTED INFECTION (NOT DISEASE)
