      • Finish: 1st of February-Performance
      • Total of 12 sessions once you have removed holidays

      • Announcement at the Christmas concert so that the audience are aware
      • Letter to parents explaining what the participants need on the day and encouraging them to come and watch
    • Progress and Feedback
      • I will be doing a vlog before and after each session of either what I have planned or how I thought it went and what I can improve for next week.
      • Feedback from Jenaya on how my leadership skills are and what I could do to improve
      • At the final performance, I am going to give out a questionnaire to both the parents and the participants of the project so that they can give feedback
    • Leadership skills required for the role
      • Good time Management
        • We need to fit the project into a certain timescale and I have to launch the project and then direct the play so if I don't use the time well then I will run out of time.
      • Organisation
        • You have to have everything prepared for your session and remember to bring it all
      • Patience
        • Sometimes the participants might not get it or they might be messing around so you need to wait and help to regain their focus
      • Creativity
        • The participants will want to learn in lots of different ways and won't want to do the same thing every week
      • Enthusiam
        • If you arent enthusiastic about the project then why would the participants be
      • Motivation
        • Sometimes you are not going to be enjoying a certain part of the project so you need the motivation to keep going and continuing
    • Role
      • I will be creating a performance for the Winter production at Queen's Cross Drama. I will be doing the session every week in session 1 so it will be part of a couple of performances on the dat.
      • The key leadership skills that I would like to develop is good time management as I feel I can often get carried away on things then run out of time and  the creativity of how I teach each session as I want the participants to learn in its of different ways and also see which way is the best for teacher drama
      • My role relates to....
        • Tom. He is the leader of the center so books the room which without we are unable to perform in.
        • Jenaya and Christine. They are the drama teachers that take Queen's Cross drama. They have ti approve of the session that I take.
    • Description of the Project
      • I will be leading a session at Queen's Cross drama each week to create a performance for the Winter Production
      • The participants will be anyone who comes to session 1 of Queen's Cross drama. I am expecting them all to be of primary age.
        • I will create a script myself so I will write each character with a specific person in mind of who to play them so it isn't to easy for them but also not to hard
      • The audience will be the family and friends of the children who would like to see the child's work and other members of Queen's Cross Drama who are interested in coming to watch. I will need to make sure to include all the children as parent's will want to see what their child has done over the past term
      • The Aims
        • The participants learn more about Greek Mythology
        • The participants learn more about physical theatre as there won't be any setting so they will create the scenery with their bodies
        • Encourage the students to continue doing acting.
        • pass on my love for drama
    • Budget
      • I aim for the budget to be zero
      • I will use costumes that Jenaya has
      • I will not have nay scenery as the particpants will be using physical theatre
