- tourist knock down dry stone walls which can lead to a large cost to replace. this can then lead to livestock getting out on to the roads causing an accident but also leading to a huge fine for the farmer
- tourist may leave litter which can lead to the death of animals but also the pollution of the scenery.
- tourist create seasonal jobs for the local people create money for them
- but this can the lead to a high unemployment rate as it is only a summer or winter job it is not all around
- local services can be put under pressure to supply a more frequent and helpful time. mostly the bus and the health (doctor) departments leading to a loss in the local care as the tourist may get more focus.
