This graph is good for understanding the concept of fitness. I believe that dance is also a good way to stay fit. I am going to join the dance class from next week. I am going to join from https://nicelocal.co.uk/nearme/fitness/type/paul_dance/ one of these classes. Is there anyone who is having a good reference for the dance classes?
