- Resistance- The difficulty encountered during the flow of current. Measured in ohms
- Potential Difference- Measure of the energy given to the charge carriers in a circuit

- DC- Direct Current (not changing directions)
- AC- Alternating Current (changing directions)
- Household Electricity- 230v. Plugs- Earth wire- Stops people getting electrocuted Live Wire- 230v Neutral Wire- Completes the circuit
- Fuses- Melt to break a circuit when the voltage is too high. A safety method.
