      • Adzio has been living on the streets, when he is caught for stealing
      • Dr Korczak saves him from execution by taking him into his orphanage
      • He is taught the rules by Stephanie, but cant see the point in them as he thinks they will die anyway
      • at the end of the play Dr Korzak and the orphans are taken away to a death camp.
