      • Has 2 codons on each end -    >anticodon (shape compliments bases on mRNA)          >AA binding arm (AA bind by ester bond ACC)
    • The polypeptide
      • All polypeptides first AA is methionine (AUG codon)
      • The termination codon joins to a release factor (codons are: UAA, UAC, UGA)
