      • Background check takes time and a lot of money.

      • Employers may get lazy and not check them.
      • People may change after DBS is checked.
        • And commit crime.
        • The DBS will only show what they have been caught with and does not get upgraded automatically
      • Gets renewed every two years so the 2 year period could perform offence.
