    • Newspapers do not have to remain politically neutral (Like the radio & TV does), but newspapers have been politicized.
      • E.g The Sun
    • Newspapers often have an agenda to sell newspapers, so they usually publicised the negatives.
      • E.g The Daily Mail and Princess Diana.
    • Newspapers have a political agenda.
      • E.g Rupert Murdoch uses his newspapers to project his own views, such as his opposition to the EU.
    • The media can easily whip up a moral panic in the public.
      • E.g The News of the World named and shamed sexual offenders in the Sarah's Law campaign.
