      • The skeleton contains 99% of the bodies calcium.

      • Minerals are used in building the body and controlling how it work
    • Vitamins
      • They are either fat soluble or water soluble.
      • They are natural substances found in foods.
    • Fats
      • They are the main source of energy
      • It insulates the body to stop it loosing heat and protects bones against damage.
    • Fruit and Vegetables
      • They are really healthy
      • We shoudl aim to eat 5 portions of fruit and veg a day.
    • Dietery Fibre
      • It helps to prevent constipation
        • Reduce blood cholesterol levels
