    • Positive- Socialising (regularly meeting friends)

        • A person may feel more fulfilled and content with their life if they have people they can depend on when they are upset or in trouble etc.

        • A person would learn things from their friends and become more mature if they have friends who they can see how their friends are living their life and develop their life skills from this.

        • A persons social skills would be greatly improved and the person would have more self confidence.

        • A person could do activities with their friends e.g. gym classes which would not only improve a persons self image and self concept but as the person is with friends then they can laugh at each other whilst doing the activity which is a positive part of physical development.
    • Negative-Diet (unbalanced diet)

        • A person may feel upset with their what they look like and have no self confidence.

        • Unhealthy food would not stimulate the brain well enough to enable them to concentrate and gain more skills.

        • If a person became severely    obese from this then their self esteem would be limited and the person may feel that other people would not want to  socialise with them therefore they would not be able to make friends easily and they would be quite unsociable.

        • Excessive weight gain could increase a persons chances of developing heart and other diseases when they get older.

        • Brain would be more stimulated and concentration would be increased.

        • they would be happier in themselves and have more self confidence.

        • they would feel more welcome to be part of a group and more comfortable being       around others.

        • May gain weight if everyday a person is sitting inside playing video games.

        • There may be breakdowns in friendships as there is no extra contact with other people which could leave a person feeling deserted and all alone.
