      • Varies because of several factors, including age, gender and inherited factors.
        • Proportion of muscle to fat in the body
        • Amount of exercise 
      • The metabolic rate increases with exercise + stays high little afterwards
    • Cholesterol level blood can affect health
      • Cholesterol is made in the liver and is needed for healthy cell membranes
      • Too much cholesterol blood increases risk heart disease and diseased arteries.
