          • Carbo loading if eating carbs to restore the energy levels in there muscles
        • On race day the athelete must drink alot of water have a small breackfast so they are not bloated
        • In the rcae the athletes get special drink that have carbourhydrate in it to get glucose and energy to muscles

        • Energy in is lower than energy out
