- Low- Made up of sub routines.
- High- Movement skills where the sub routines are closely linked together.
- Pacing
- Self paced - The performer is in control and determines the movement
- Externally Paced - Opponent effects the movement.
- Difficulty
- Simple - Little information to process and few decisions
