    • The trans golgi netwrok starts to form a clathrin coated bud
      • This forms a clathrin coated vesicle
        • The clathrin and AP complex then come off and the vesicle forms a late endosome
          • The mannose 6 phosphate is then transported to the plasma membrane where it becomes a receptor
            • Then the vesicle forms a lysosome
