    • The Four Noble Truth's
      • 1st noble Truth-------  The illness is the suffering and unhappiness that everyone feels at some time in their lives.
      • 2nd noble Truth-------       The cause of unhappiness is craving. We want more and more of everything.
      • 3rd Noble Truth------         It is always possible to be happy and free from craving, this state is the same as enlightenment.
      • 4th Noble Truth------         The way to overcome craving is by following the eightfold path, also known as the middle way.

      • 5th Precept-Abstain from drink and derugs that cloud the mind.
      • 2nd Precept-Abstain from taking the not given.
      • 1st Precept-Abstain from harming living beings.
