    • Book 5 - Calypso
      • 1 - Athene convinced Zeus to free Odysseus from Ogygia, however Zeus bans any other god from helping him.
      • 2 - Hermes tells Calypso to free him, she gets mad but agrees to free Odysseus
      • 3 - Odysseus is happy to leave because he used to cry everyday. Calypso tells him what trees to use for making a raft an gives him a "bronze axe".
        • 5 - Poseidon wants to punish him, so he sends many "mountainous waves" at him as he wants to cause him a "bellyful of trouble"
      • 4 - Odysseus makes the raft, and Calpso sends him on his way, giving him food, drink and clothes.
      • 6 - Odysseus is about to drown, but Ino "took pity" on him and gave him veil and told him to swim to safety
      • 7 - Odysseus does not follow her advice at first, but then decides to do so, and ends up swimming to Scherie
      • 8 - Athene helps him to find the harbour and to fall asleep in the forst somewhere.
    • Book 6 - Nausicaa
      • 1 - Nausicaa has a dream about marriage, thanks to Athene, and so goes to the river in the forest to wash all of her clothes with her maids.
      • 2 - They all get naked and play with a ball, which waked up Odysseus. He too is naked, and when he approaches them, all the maids start screaming, but Athene gave Nausicaa courage so she stood still and was not scared.
      • 3 - Odysseus asks for help, so Nausicaa does, She offers Xenia but the maids don't wash him. She then gives him clothes, and takes him to the outskirts of the city. She likes him and he liked her too, but he's married
      • 4 - She cannot take him to the palace personally because of the xenophobia, so Odysseus needs to find his own way.
    • Book 7 - The Palace Of Alcinous
      • 1 - Odysseus is trying to find his way around the city, and Athene disguises him in mist to protect him. Athene then disguises herself as a little girl and takes him to the palace.
      • 2 - He asks Arete for help, but it is Alcinous who gives him help. They feast, and Alcinous asks about his back story, so Odysseus starts his story.
    • Book 9 - The Cyclops
      • 1 - They went to Ismarus, the Cicones island, and took many goods from it. They then shared all the goods between Odysseus and his crew. Odysseus then wanted to leave but his crew insisted on getting more goods, so the army ended up resisting so they killed the army and left.
      • 3- they then went to the island next to the Cyclops which had a lot of cattle, and ate some of them. They then went to the Cyclops island.
      • 4- when they enter the cyclops' island, they find poo all over the floor, but realised that the cyclops made his own cheese, so they eat the cheese. Odysseus' men want to leave the cave, but Odysseus wants to receive Xenia.
      • 5- the cyclops finds them, and stops them from leaving. He eats some of Odysseus' crew everyday, until Odysseus plans what to do about the cyclops. He sharpens a wooden plank and waits for the cyclops to sleep and then stabs him in the eye.
      • 6- They escape the cyclops by hiding underneath the sheep, and they begin sailing away on the ship. Odysseus yells his name at the cyclops, the cyclops curses him and throws rocks at him, but they manages to escape.
      • 2 - they reached the lotus eaters island, and Odysseus sends his crew alone to look around. They eat the lotus eater's lotus' and get drugged and so do not want to leave. Odysseus has to forcefully drag them back to the ship.
    • Book 10 - Circe
      • 1 - They stay at Aeolia, the home of Aeolus wind god, for a month. The god gave him a bag of wind and Odysseus and his men sail off.
      • 2 - Odysseus falls asleep on the ship, and his crew get suspicious so they open the bag of winds as they think it is gold. The powerful winds sends them back to Aeolia, and so Odysseus asks for more wind, but the god sends him away all angry.
      • 3 - They set sail again, and reach Telepylus. Odysseus parks his boat outside the harbour, and follows the rest of his crew to the island Giants kill all his crew from the other ships and destroy the ships. Odysseus manages to get his men to safety because he parked his ship outside the harbour.
      • 4 - Then they reach Circe's island Aeaea. Odysseus sends some of his crew to investigate the island and they turned into pigs by Circe. Eurylokus is the only that doesn't and tells Odysseus. Odysseus goes over to save his men, despite Eurylokus' protests.
      • 5 - Hermes gives Odysseus Moly and advice on how to defeat Circe, and so Odysseus goes in, and defeats her She begs him to sleep with him and he does.
      • 6 - Circe then allows him to stay for an entire year after unpiging his crew, and his crew begins to want to leave, but Odysseus wants to stay
      • 7 - When Odysseus decides to leave, Circe tells him to go to the underworld so that he would learn how to get home to Ithica.
    • Book 12 - Scylla and Charybdis
      • 1 - Circe tells Odysseus the routes he will have to take to get home, and tells him which routes will be the less dangerous.
      • 2 - Odysseus and his men set sail, and he tells his crew most of what Circe has told him. They reach the Siren's island, and Odysseus gets the men to tie him up to the oar while putting wax in his crew's ears.
      • 3 - Odysseus is desperate to get out of his binds, but his men royally only tie him up more. Once they leave the isle, they reach the path between Scylla and Charaybdis.
      • 4 - Like Circe said, Odysseus stays on Scylla's side of the pat. Once they pass her, the six headed monster eats six of his best crew members, Odysseus takes his armour out to fight Scylla, but the crew makes sure to sail past the monster quickly so that no one else gets eaten.
      • 5 - They then sail to the Sun God's island, where Odysseus does not want to stay, but Eurylochus convinces Odysseus that everyone needs a break. A storm traps them there for a month.
      • 6 - At first, the crew is happy to eat on the provisions that are on the ship, but they soon run out and they begin to starve. Eurylochus convinces the crew to go behind Odysseus' back when he is sleeping, ands they decide to kill a cow.
      • 7 - The Sun God finds out, and tells Zeus that he must take vengeance on the crew. So Zeus causes a storm to kill of the crew when they are sailing again, and only Odysseus survives.
      • 8 - Odysseus has to go through Charybdis, and survives by hanging on an Olive tree. He then gets his raft and sails to Ogygia.
